This is an excellent opportunity for an experiencedRegistered Manager, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, to play a key role in registering and developing a new home.Hybrid working will be available during the registration phase, offering flexibility while the service is being set up. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Ofsted registration process, ensuring compliance, and creating a safe, structured, and child-centred environment where young people can thrive.
