Were working with a prestigious 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of Northumberland. They are looking for an experienced and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operation and drive standards across the business. This is a senior leadership role within a full-service property featuring 60 bedrooms, two restaurants, including a golf club offering, and a well-established spa and leisure operation. Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Hotel Manager 55,000 to 60,000 per annum plus 3,000 service charge A senior, hands-on leadership role within a luxury hotel Overseeing a full-service operation, including spa and leisure Working with an experienced team of department heads Real scope to shape standards and improve the overall offering Responsibilities as the Hotel Manager Overseeing the hotel operation across all departments Managing and supporting the Heads of Housekeeping, Reception, Food and Beverage, Leisure and Spa Being highly visible on the floor and leading by example Setting clear service standards and driving continuous improvement Working closely with senior leadership to enhance guest experience Youll be great if you: Come from a strong 4 Red or 5 Star hotel background Have experience managing multiple departments in a full-service hotel Have worked in a hotel with a spa and leisure offering Are hands-on, confident, and enjoy being present in the operation Take pride in setting standards and developing your management team This is an excellent opportunity for a Hotel Manager looking to take ownership of a quality-led luxury hotel and make a real impact.
