Factory Operative Witham, Essex £12.21 per hour Monday to Thursday | 7:00am - 6:00pm Temporary to Permanent Prime Appointments are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer based in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Factory Operative to join a busy, well-established production team, with the chance to secure a long-term, permanent role. Full training will be provided on specialist machinery, making this ideal for someone with previous manufacturing or production experience who's looking to develop their skills and progress. Key Responsibilities of Factory Operative Loading and unloading machinery Operating saws and basic production equipment Measuring, assembly, and use of hand tools Recording quality data and completing basic paperwork Supporting general factory and production operations What We're Looking For Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment Comfortable with manual handling tasks Good written and verbal communication skills A reliable and hardworking team player What's On Offer £12.21 per hour Monday to Thursday Temporary to permanent opportunity Overtime available On-site parking Full training and ongoing development 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension
