This role supports the delivery of our digital marketing communications, helping bring NG Baileys brand to life through engaging, authentic content across multiple platforms.Youll play a key role in planning, managing and producing quality content for our website, social media, and employee communication channels - using the latest tools and best practices to drive awareness and engagement with both internal and external audiences.Some of the key deliverables will include:Plan, create and execute high-quality content across multiple channels including video, email, web, social media, PPC, SEO, digital signage and internal platformsOversee the daily management of NG Baileys website, ensuring smooth infrastructure operation, efficient content updates, and proactive UX issue resolutionOversee management of NG Baileys social media presence, including planning and delivering organic and paid campaignsPlan, shoot and edit video and photography content for a range of communication channels, ensuring the creative brief is met and production timelines are achievedDeliver a regular flow of always on content that aligns with our strategy and engages target audiences, using the right tone, format and channelsTrack and analyse content performance and campaign metrics; report on key insights and make data-informed recommendations to improve resultsSupport the delivery of new digitally led projects, bids and marketing campaigns, ensuring theyre delivered on time, on brand and on budgetBuild and maintain our video and photography library ensuring it is update and content easily accessible to colleaguesEnsure all content is optimised for SEO, accessible and consistent with our brand guidelines and tone of voiceCoordinate the creation of multimedia content and channel management working with colleagues and external partners including web designers, videographers and photographersStay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiencyBuild and manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality and valueReview competitor and customer activity to gain insight to inform key marketing decisions.What were looking forSolid digital content marketing experience and video production shooting and editing - in B2B organisationsProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with a focus on Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and IllustratorFamiliarity with Hootsuite and Umbraco CMS advantageousBenefits include: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays with an option to Buy/Sell additional daysPension with a leading provider and up to 8% employer contributionPersonal Wellbeing and Volunteer DaysPrivate Medical InsuranceLife AssuranceFree 24/7 365 Employee Assistance Program to support mental health and well-being (including counselling sessions and legal advice)Flexible benefits to choose from inc: Dental Insurance, Gym Membership, Give As You Earn, Travel Insurance, Tax Free BikesNext Steps:As a business, were on a journey to build on our culture where everyone is included, treated fairly and with respect.
