Regional Operations Director | Elderly Care HomesLocation: East London & EssexSalary: Up to 85,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent BenefitsAll potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.About the OpportunityCompass Associates have partnered with one of the UKs most respected care providers in the search for a Regional Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of well-established residential and nursing homes across East London and Essex.This is a high-profile leadership position within the organisation, reporting directly to the Director of Care, where youll play a key role in shaping the regional strategy and driving performance, quality, and culture across a group of eight homes.Youll lead, develop, and inspire a team of experienced Home Managers, ensuring each service consistently delivers exceptional standards of care, operational excellence, and full CQC compliance. The role offers the scope to make a tangible impact on both residents lives and the professional growth of your teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership across a portfolio of 8 residential care homes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and person-centred care.Partner closely with Home Managers, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvement.Take ownership of regional budgets and KPIs, balancing commercial performance with outstanding quality outcomes.Champion CQC compliance and regulatory excellence, ensuring each home exceeds expectations during inspections and audits.Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and professional development throughout the region.Contribute to wider company initiatives, working collaboratively with the senior leadership team to deliver organisational growth and sustainability.About YouWere seeking a strategic, people-driven leader with the credibility and experience to oversee a diverse portfolio of services.
