About the RoleAs a Scheduler, youll play a key role in coordinating resources across multiple technology projects. Youll work closely with Project Managers, Line Managers and Business Development teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who: loves solving problems enjoys bringing people together has a cando attitude wants to grow a career in planning, scheduling or HR What Youll Be DoingPartnering with Project Managers and Business Development teams to understand current and future resource needs.Working with Line Managers to understand the skills, experience, aspirations and availability of our feeearning team members.Matching people to roles based on availability, capability and business priorities.Making clear, wellreasoned recommendations to senior stakeholders raising concerns early where needed.Monitoring project progress and resource utilisation, identifying risks and resolving scheduling conflicts.Communicating effectively across teams to keep everyone aligned and on track. What Were Looking ForEssentialExcellent interpersonal and communication skills able to balance competing interests and find compromise.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.A proactive, positive attitude with the confidence to make decisions and seek alignment where needed.Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities.DesirableExperience in a planning or scheduling role within a technology or engineering environment.Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).Ambition to develop a career in project planning or resource management.
