Previous chef experience ? Food Hygiene Level 2 (within the last 3 years) ? Own chef whites and knives ? Passion for fresh, well-prepared food ? Ability to manage your section confidently ? Good communication and teamwork skills ? A hands-on, can-do attitude ? Willingness to support with cleaning and general kitchen duties ? Reliable, organised, and professional Your day-to-day role will include: ?? Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard ?? Receiving and putting away deliveries ?? Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace ?? Cleaning equipment and utensils as required ?? Correct storage and xjdpvnf rotation of food ??
