The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Carlisle area.If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.Hours: Shifts across Monday to Sunday, 01:30am- 06:00am starts Twilight Shifts Across Monday to Sunday, 13:00pm- 18:00pm starts (starts for this are from 16th November) Pay Rate: 14.60- 15.61 per hour Location: Carlisle, CA6 Job Type : Ongoing The role: Working set shifts with a rota planned in advance Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units..Some deliveries/ returns from addresses Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.Drivers will be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).Full understanding of WTD legislation.Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.Excellent communication skills.A safety-first mindset. xjdpvnf For more information, please apply directly with a copy of your CV today and a member of our team will be in touch!
