From Amazon DSP and Prime Video to Twitch and Amazon Music, we use first-party signals to connect audiences, media, and measurement - driving measurable growth in an increasingly fragmented media landscape.The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Client Operations Executive to sit at the centre of our sales and delivery operation.This role is the conduit between Sales and Ad Operations teams, owning the day-to-day flow from opportunity through to campaign delivery. You’ll ensure processes are clean, information is accurate, and clients experience a seamless journey - from proposal to post-campaign insight.You’ll play a key role in maintaining commercial rigour, improving ways of working, and supporting positive client outcomes. Customer success, delivery quality, and operational excellence sit at the heart of this role.Key responsibilitiesSales & Commercial SupportSupport the sales team with proposals, pitch decks, and case studies, pulling together data, insights, and visuals from previous campaigns.Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene to support forecasting and reporting.Support revenue pacing and flag risks across budgets, timelines, or scope where required.Cross-Team ConnectorAct as the operational link between Sales and Ad Ops.Ensure client briefs are clear, accurate, and translated effectively into campaign setups.Track timelines, manage handovers, and proactively chase inputs to keep work moving.Post-Campaign Analysis & InsightCompile / analyse Amazon DSP performance (reach, ROAS, incremental audiences, creative effectiveness).Produce clear, client-ready post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and recommended next steps.Support consistent, high-quality campaign readouts that drive ongoing client conversations.Client Experience & CommunicationSupport the creation of client updates, performance recaps, and follow-up materials.Help ensure clients receive timely, clear, and consistent communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.Process & Platform DevelopmentBuild working knowledge of Amazon DSP, Prime Video, Fire TV, Twitch, and programmatic best practice (full training provided).Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, documentation, and ways of working across sales and delivery teams.What we’re looking forEssential1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, media, or junior analyst role from agency or digital marketing environment.Solid understanding of programmatic advertising.Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Confident written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.Commercially curious with a passion for digital advertising and media.DesirableBasic understanding of digital or programmatic advertising KPIs (e.g. CTR, ROAS).Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) or reporting and data-visualisation tools.Comfortable working with numbers, sense-checking data, and spotting anomalies.Experience working within structured processes, SLAs, or delivery frameworks.Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.Proactive mindset - able to spot issues, challenge constructively, and suggest improvements.Interest in building a longer-term career in digital advertising, operations, or account management.Why join We Are LibertyWork with a certified Amazon Ads partner on high-impact, data-driven campaigns.Gain hands-on exposure across Amazon DSP, Prime Video, and programmatic media.Join a fun, collaborative, market-leading team with high standards and a shared sense of accountability.Learn fast, take ownership early, and play a visible role in client success.Clear progression into account management, commercial operations, or specialist roles.Flexi hours, as we’re a global business.Competitive salary, benefits, and flexible hybrid working.Holiday days are not limited, if you do the job asked of you.Regular social events and annual trip to our Dubai HQ.MacBook laptop to work from.ApplySend your CV and a short cover note to [email protected] are reviewed on a rolling basis.We Are Liberty is an equal opportunities employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
