We are seeking an experienced Regional Lead – Growth Finance to drive the origination, structuring, and execution of working capital lending solutions, including ABL and Invoice Finance, across a key regional footprint.You will grow a dynamic loan portfolio, manage risk, and represent our clients Growth Finance offering both externally and internally. If you have a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in SME finance, this is a unique opportunity to make a real impact.Region ScotlandKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify, structure, and execute working capital lending facilities, including ABL and Invoice Finance, ranging from £1m–£10m.Assess financials and collateral, prepare clear credit submissions, and highlight risks and mitigants.Build and manage a high-quality regional portfolio in line with lending and risk policies.Monitor performance and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.Develop and maintain a network of professional introducers, including corporate finance advisors, debt specialists, and selected brokers.Represent Growth Finance externally to SMEs, promoting ABL, Invoice Finance, and working capital solutions effectively.Work closely with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of financing solutions.Provide market insights to enhance product offerings and act as an internal champion for Growth Finance.Required Skills & ExperienceDeep knowledge of working capital finance, Asset-Based Lending (ABL), and Invoice Finance for SMEs.Proven experience in originating, structuring, and managing lending facilities in the £1m–£10m range.Strong financial analysis skills, including balance sheets, cashflow forecasting, and sensitivity modelling.Established network of introducers in the SME finance market.
