There will be opportunities to sell other services including installations (from full installations to EV chargers)You’ll be given a target and will be remunerated with a commission structure on a per sale basis, as well as when you reach or exceed your targets, in addition to your basic salary and discretionary company bonuses.The important bits:Salary: £30,000.00 - £38,000.00 per year depending on experienceCommission: Uncapped OTE £55k PlusCompany car: A company car will be provided upon successful completion of a six-month probationary period (car allowance/access to vehicles during the probationary period)Holiday: 21 days’ annual leave, plus statutory public holidays, plus your birthday offLocation: Billericay, Essex - Office based (when not on site surveys or with customers)Key Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities for electrical maintenance service contracts within the commercial sectorAchieve (or exceed!) targeted sales performance levelsRespond to leads which come in organically whilst using your initiative to target new and past prospects using our database of customers, and using resources such as credit checking sites, Companies House, LinkedIn and generic Internet searching to collate the information you need on relevant decision makers to assist you in making the saleCreate bespoke package solutions fit for the needs of each customerPhone customers/have zoom calls to follow up on quotations, upsell, request reviews and gain customer feedback as part of the sales funnelling process, your own market research and to help with your handover to Service Desk and/or Project ManagementAttend site surveys to gather relevant information for quoting and presenting to customers (you will be office-based besides this)Use our service management software and marketing CRM to manage your enquiries and prospects, create your quotations, and log your progress and communicationsStay up to date with relevant news, trends, technology and standards within the electrical sectorCreate relationship-building meetings with suppliers, manufacturers and partner companiesWork with your team to determine target audiences, tailor communications based on customer feedback, brainstorm campaign ideas and collate lists of leads from these campaigns for your prospectingReport on sales and prospecting progression, and your forecast of expected salesRequired Skills:Demonstrate a reliable, honest and professional attitude, which is reflective of the WFP ethos and the reason why our customers trust usAs driving to customers for site surveys and meetings is a big part of this role, a full UK driving licence is requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, as building relationships is what you will live and breathe in this roleFantastic listening skills to understand our customers’ needs and help the wider team continue to deliver an exceptional serviceLaser focus on results and target-drivenBrilliant organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritiseGood time-management skills and comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlinesMust be self-motivated and have good objection handling skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office, service management software and/or CRMsExcellent personal presentation at all times (as you can be required to meet with a customer without notice)Sound knowledge of how the commercial and service sectors workEmployee Benefits:A commission structure which rewards you on a per sale basis as well as when you reach/exceed your targetAccess to discounted courses run by the Fire Industry Association (FIA) and continual in-house trainingTraining to equip you with the knowledge of our customer base and company processesCompany pension scheme, plus discretionary team bonusesCompany phone and work laptop providedThe right candidate has the opportunity to really affect change in this team by bringing fresh insight to our sales processes whilst also working cohesively to understand what we do and what makes us stand out to customers who choose us time and time again.If the above sounds like your cup of tea and you’re ready to show us what you’ve got, please submit your CV and cover letter, and good luck!
