Location: Office-based Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) Type: Full-time / PermanentAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Mid-Level Web Developer to work on our internal platforms and products. This role is focused purely on in-house systems — no client work, no agency pressure — giving you the chance to build, improve, and evolve software that directly supports the business.You’ll be trusted to take ownership of features, contribute to technical decisions, and help improve code quality and processes, while still having support from senior developers when needed.What You’ll Be DoingDesigning, developing, and maintaining internal web applicationsWorking across back-end and front-end codebasesBuilding features using .NET, Python, PHP, and LaravelImproving existing systems through refactoring and optimisationWriting clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeCollaborating with product, operations, and technical stakeholdersParticipating in code reviews and contributing to best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:2–5 years’ experience in web development (or equivalent practical experience)Strong experience with at least one of: .NET, Python, or PHPPractical experience with Laravel or another MVC frameworkSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)Confidence working independently on tasks and featuresGood problem-solving and communication skillsNice to Have:Experience working on internal tools or SaaS-style platformsFamiliarity with REST APIs and integrationsExperience with Git-based workflowsBasic DevOps or deployment knowledgeAn interest in improving developer experience and internal processesWhat You’ll GetFocus on internal products only — no external client deadlinesReal ownership of features and systemsOpportunity to influence architecture and technical directionSupport from senior developers and leadershipClear progression towards senior rolesA collaborative, low-ego engineering cultureTime and space to build things properlyHow to ApplyPlease send:Your CVA brief overview of your experienceLinks to any relevant projects, GitHub, or portfolio (if available)
