No added sugar, no nasties, just great juice with purpose.Our MissionTo inspire people to feel brilliant about saving wonky and surplus fruit.The RoleWe’re looking for a National Account Manager to lead and grow our OOH & Wholesale channel, with a strong focus on UK foodservice wholesalers, including Bidfood, Brakes and DDC Foods.This is a hands-on commercial role, owning national accounts end-to-end: listings, pricing, JBPs, promotions, ranging, and day-to-day relationship management. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to accelerate distribution, volume and visibility in foodservice.This is not a sales director or team-management role — it’s about owning key accounts and delivering growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & GrowthOwn and manage national wholesale and OOH accounts, with priority focus on Bidfood, Brakes and DDC FoodsDevelop and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to drive sustainable, profitable growthSecure new listings, expand range distribution and increase ROS across existing accountsLead pricing, promotions, rebates and commercial negotiations in line with brand positioningFoodservice & OOH ExecutionDrive Flawsome!’s presence across foodservice operators via wholesale partnersSupport customers with tailored sampling, activations and menu integrationWork closely with depot teams, buyers and foodservice stakeholders to unlock growthNew Business DevelopmentIdentify and win new wholesale and OOH opportunities aligned with our strategyBuild strong senior-level relationships with buyers, category managers and decision-makersPosition Flawsome! as a must-stock premium, sustainable juice brandCommercial & Sales OperationsOwn forecasting, volume planning and account performance trackingMaintain accurate CRM, pricing files and promotional plansCollaborate closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure flawless executionBrand & ValuesRepresent Flawsome! at trade shows, customer meetings and industry eventsConfidently communicate our sustainability mission, sourcing story and product qualityBe a brand ambassador — passionate, credible and commercially sharpWhat We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in FMCG sales, ideally within Wholesale, Foodservice or OOHProven experience managing national wholesale accounts (Bidfood, Brakes or similar highly desirable)Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering growthExcellent understanding of the UK foodservice and drinks landscapeOrganised, proactive and comfortable working at pace in a scaling businessPassion for sustainability and belief in Flawsome!’s missionComfortable with national travel and being out with customers regularlyWhy Join Flawsome!?Flawsome! isn’t just another drinks brand.
