Following a strong Ofsted ‘Good’ rating, the organisation continues to grow – and they’re now seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Advisor to join their friendly, high-performing team.You’ll play a key part in helping employers connect with apprenticeship and training opportunities, developing new business relationships and ensuring every partner receives an excellent level of service.Your day-to-day work will include:Building and maintaining strong employer partnerships across a range of sectors.Generating apprenticeship and upskilling opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.Planning and delivering creative sales campaigns via phone, social media, and face-to-face meetings.Attending networking events and representing the organisation as a trusted ambassador.Conducting Training Needs Analyses and supporting employers through the engagement process.Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met accurately and efficientlyAbout YouYou’ll be a confident communicator with a genuine interest in education and workforce development.
