B5 Plumber Location: St Bernards Southall Working Hours: Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm Start Date: ASAP, subject to successful interview outcome and satisfactory pre-employment checks. Contract Status: Ongoing full time. Role Overview M4 Recruitment are seeking a skilled and reliable B5 Plumber to join our team at St Bernards. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of routine and non-routine plumbing and mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with organisational policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine and non-routine plumbing and mechanical work activities Undertake new works, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance on: Mechanical and heating systems Hot and cold water plant, equipment, and services Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance requests Complete minor new installation works Carry out weekly planned preventative maintenance (PPM) dockets Escort contractors during inspections and installation works Maintain accurate tool lists and records Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety, Security Regulations, and relevant policies and procedures Essential Qualifications & Requirements Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Services Specialisation in a mechanical service (e.g. Gas, Refrigeration, or Heat Pumps ) Water Safety Training Full UK driving licence (must be a driver) Interview & Vetting Process One face-to-face interview Appointment subject to satisfactory vetting and pre-employment checks TPBN1_UKTJ
