A newly opened Independent school in Holbeach are looking for a teacher to join their team. The school caters for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs and pupils attending the school are aged 11-16. The children at this school require additional and personalised support and a tailored curriculum due to adverse childhood experiences and the school has a trauma informed approach to teaching and learning. You will be responsible for a small group of 3 or 4 pupils and will teach entry level Maths, English, PSHE and the school welcomes specialisms in any subject area which you would like to contribute to your class and the wider school. The children in the class are working at lower than average age related expectations and so, this role would also suit a primary trained teacher with experience of the KS2 curriculum. The working hours are 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday and the role is paid to your current teacher pay scale from day one. This is a temp to perm contract so the school are particularly interested in hearing from teachers who may be interested in a permenant contract further down the line.
