This is a senior leadership opportunity for a RGN or RMN qualified nurse with strong experience in nursing home management, multi-site operations, CQC compliance and clinical governance. This role is ideal for an experienced Area / Regional / Operations Manager or a high-performing Nursing Home Manager ready to step up. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities of Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Manager • Operational and clinical leadership across multiple nursing homes • Line management, coaching and performance oversight of Home Managers • Ensure consistent CQC compliance, safeguarding, MCA & DoLS across all services • Drive quality improvement, innovation and best practice, including technology-enabled care • Lead service improvement, turnaround and performance management where required • Oversee occupancy, staffing, budgets and operational KPIs • Build strong relationships with CQC, commissioners, MDTs, residents and families • Ensure outstanding, person-centred care is delivered at all times ________________________________________ Essential Requirements of Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Manager (Must-Have) RGN or RMN qualified (NMC registered) Proven experience in Nursing Home Management Experience in multi-site, area, regional or operations management or nursing home managers looking to step up Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and safeguarding Track record of delivering high-quality care and positive CQC outcomes Commercial and operational awareness Passion for innovation, digital systems and modern care delivery Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills ________________________________________ Who Should Apply?
