Here at TSA Surveying, I are representing anestablished client who was my closest client last year, with three successful placements made, including the appointment of their Lead Director who has since started.All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.Due to continued growth, he is now expanding his team further with a requirement for a Senior Building Surveyor.The business is actively looking to expand their building surveying presence across the Midlands.They are looking to build on their team of 110 individuals, with 30 currently based in Nottingham and a new director in Birmingham, comprising a mixture of building surveyors, project managers and cost managers.They are actively assembling a dedicated team of surveyors to deliver their existing and growing workload.The company has been involved in the successful expansion of multi-academy trusts and large-scale new build regeneration projects.The client is searching for a Senior Building Surveyor, ideally with a background in education or project-led work, who is keen to lead and support the existing building surveying team.A key responsibility of the role will be supporting school estates by providing a clear understanding of their current asset needs, assisting with funding applications, and managing projects through to successful completion.Alongside their strong education pipeline, the client is also actively looking to expand further into the industrial and commercial sectors.Historically, the company has delivered projects ranging from 30k up to 32m, with a sweet spot between 1.3m and 3.4m.The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in the building surveying industry, preferably within the education or healthcare sectors. xjdpvnf Our client prides themselves on a more personal and supportive management style due to being a slightly smaller firm, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to reduce work pressure while still reciving benefits such as;- Salary range of 54,000 to 58,000- Clear pathway to associate director- 10% pension- Annual bonus which has been achieved every year since the company established- 25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays- Private healthcare and life insurance- Company annual parking pass- Further professional fees covered If this role feels like the perfect next step in your career and you want to play a key part in the companys continued growth, please apply immediately as shortlisting is about to begin.
