Intermediate or Senior Mechanical Estimator 50,000-80,000 (Depending on Experience) | Basildon An established building services contractor is looking to appoint an Intermediate or Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their team based in Basildon.Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.The role will involve working on a range of commercial fit out and infrastructure projects , with individual project values up to 30 million .This position would suit an Estimator with solid technical ability and on-site awareness who is looking to develop within a growing and professional environment.Key Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical estimating Previous on-site experience is essential Strong understanding of mechanical building services and commercial projects Ability to review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Flexible approach, with the ability to meet tender deadlines during busy periods Salary & Package 50,000-80,000 per annum (depending on experience) Travel expenses paid and fuel card 5% pension contribution 25 days annual leave Bank Holidays Based from Basildon office Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (30-minute xjdpvnf lunch) Occasional extended hours may be required to meet tender deadlines Start date: ASAP Additional Benefits (after 6-month probation) Private Bupa Healthcare Gym membership contribution This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor delivering high-value projects, with clear scope for career progression and long-term stability.
