Indian Sous Chef 4 Silver Star 2 AA Rosette awarded internationally branded hotel We are looking for adynamic Indian Sous Chef for our exceptional 4 Silver Star 2 AA Crowne Plaza Reading , Wharfedale Road, Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham RG41 5TS Located adjacent to the Winnersh Triangle station, and within very close proximity of Reading and Wokingham, this exceptional hotel consists of 174 bedrooms with 8 conference suites for up to 180 in the largest suite, 2 AA Caprice Fine Dining Restaurant & Terrace, Monty's Lounge bar and Esprit Fitness and Spa We are looking for a talented andcreative Indian Sous to join our fast paced kitchen producing high quality authentic Indian dishes You should possess the following qualities: Be confident in serving freshly prepared meals for 100+ covers per day with additional banqueting as events occur. Work at consistently high standards Be well presented in appearance and good communication You should have a proven and stable background as an Indian Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally in a branded hotel environment or busy rosette establishment, with knowledge of UK food safety and health & safety requirements.Together with the Head Chef, you will be required to ensure high standards and HACCP compliance to maintain the 5 Star EHO rating.
