What Youll Be Doing Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team Delivering our burger & wings menu to spec, fast, fresh and consistent Owning kitchen standards, organisation and compliance Driving performance, GP, prep, waste & safety Building a positive culture based on respect and development Working closely with your site management team to smash targets About You As Kitchen manager, you take pride in running a tight, well-organised kitchen and you lead from the front.
