This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced kitchen, where youll own your section, support the wider kitchen team and help deliver high-quality food, fast, fresh and to spec, every single shift. Youll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, leading by example, setting standards and helping to create an environment where great food and great teamwork thrive. Youll bring: Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Previous experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen role (preferred but not essential) Strong food safety awareness and attention to detail A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach The ability to motivate others and keep standards high during busy services A genuine passion for quality food and great teamwork About Us At BrewDog, our mission is simple: make people as passionate about great beer as we are.
