Job Title: Administrator Location: Peterborough Salary: 30,000 per year (14.42 per hour) Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our clients office in Peterborough on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a varied and hands-on role, working closely with the Director of the business and supporting day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple tasks, communicating with customers, and handling both creative and numerical work. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support directly to the Director Creating and managing job sheets Preparing quotes and handling invoicing Working with artwork and basic design tasks Using Excel for data entry, calculations, and invoicing Liaising with customers via phone and email Handling general office administration and problem-solving tasks Skills & Experience Required Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Good working knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas Strong numerical skills working with numbers and invoicing must be comfortable Perfect spoken and written English Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to think outside the box and work independently Working Hours & Flexibility Monday to Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm Willingness to be contactable after hours and occasionally at weekends by phone or email to support demanding customers (typically only a couple of times per month) Personal Attributes Reliable, professional, and confident Excellent attention to detail Customer-focused with a positive attitude Able to manage pressure and priorities effectively What We Offer Competitive salary of 30,000 per year (14.42 per hour) Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term career potential Varied and engaging role within a growing business Close collaboration with senior leadership TPBN1_UKTJ
