Air Import Coordinator Manchester/ Altrincham | ?? Air Freight Salary: Up to 35,000 Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm Our friendly logistics client are seeking an Air Import Coordinator to join their busy air freight team in Manchester. This role focuses on managing air import shipments and customs processes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Handling air import shipments end-to-end Producing quotations and shipment documentation Completing customs declarations Tracking shipments and managing pre-alerts Processing supplier and customer invoices Accurately recording costs and documentation Managing queries related to shipments and invoicing Ensuring internal SOPs and workflow tasks are completed promptly About You Experience in freight forwarding or air operations Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office CW1 experience beneficial but not essential (training provided) What They Offer Salary up to 35,000 (dependent on experience may negotiate) Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Apply now to join a growing and customer-focused logistics business - Or call Emma on 07483919913 to discuss further.
