The group Our Corporate Group advises on a broad range of corporate and corporate finance transactions, providing specialist and strategic advice to both individuals and businesses. We regularly work on mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, as well as early-stage financings, including startup matters and initial SEIS/EIS or other angel investments, to multiple rounds of investments and beyond. The role We are seeking an Associate (2- 4 years PQE) to work in our Corporate Group. The position will involve a broad and varied range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and advising startups and entrepreneurs on venture capital financing and growth investments. The successful candidate should have an outstanding academic record, good training and hands-on transactional corporate experience. They should be ambitious and be keen to take on responsibility, as the work will involve responsibility for smaller transactions and working alongside senior members of the team on larger ones.
