Regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and operational oversight are key priorities.Deputy Managers who are motivated to progress and have the capability to lead a residential service are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Service DeliveryOversee daily operations across both services. Maintain safe, effective, and consistent care. Build a positive and accountable team culture.Quality and Person-Centred CareEnsure services are accessible, flexible, and reliable. Deliver person-centred care tailored to adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and PMLD. Embed best practice approaches in care planning and delivery.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure full compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC or CIW Fundamental Standards. Maintain audit readiness and implement quality improvements.Staff Management and DevelopmentLead, motivate, train, and develop staff teams. Provide supervision, performance management, and structured professional development.Stakeholder EngagementMaintain strong communication with families, professionals, commissioners, and internal teams.Financial and Administrative OversightManage budgets, staffing levels, and resources.
