You will join a high-performing operations and supply chain environment at their Belfast site, supporting the smooth flow of parts and materials for major aircraft build programmes. Due to continued operational demand, they are looking for a Supply Logistics Agent to strengthen their supply chain execution and planning capability.THE SUPPLY LOGISTICS AGENT ROLEAs a Supply Logistics Agent, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transactional flow of parts supply to ensure operational schedules and customer needs are fully supported. Working closely with Operations and Supply Chain Execution teams, you will ensure accurate data management, enablement profiles, forward load planning, and timely part delivery to internal and external customers.Key responsibilities include:Accurate and timely reporting of supply chain data to OperationsMaintaining and governing supply enablement profilesEnsuring high levels of data accuracy across operational systemsManaging supply parameters to optimise asset utilisationSupporting and working collaboratively within a Natural Team structureProviding forward load and capacity plans, including Line of Balance updatesEnsuring timely delivery of parts to shopfloor and external customersSUPPLY LOGISTICS AGENT ESSENTIAL SKILLSMinimum HNC or professional qualification xjdpvnf (e.g., CPIM, CIPS) plus 2+ years of supply chain experienceOR candidates without formal qualifications but 3+ years of relevant supply chain experienceEssential knowledge of MRP planning systemsUnderstanding of core supply chain processesStrong organisational, communication and data accuracy skillsTO BE CONSIDEREDPlease either apply through this advert or email me directly via For further information, please call By applying for this role, you give express consent for us to process and submit (subject to required skills) your application to our client in conjunction with this vacancy only.
