The business supplies high-quality, precision components to designers, architects and developers, with a strong reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail.With a strong people-first culture and long-term growth plans, this role would suit someone who values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.The RoleThis is a hands-on CNC turning position focused on programming, setting and optimising machines to produce high-end, precision components to exacting standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and set CNC turning machines (Mazak, XYZ and Citizen)Interpret detailed engineering drawings and manufacturing specificationsWork closely with design and production teams to optimise manufacturabilityEnsure all components meet strict quality and finish standardsContribute to continuous improvement of machining processesEssential RequirementsMinimum 10 years experience programming and setting CNC turning machinesStrong knowledge of metals and machining processes (particularly brass)High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilityAbility to work collaboratively within a production environmentStrong work ethic and accountability for quality outputDesirable (Not Essential)Experience using Fusion 360 or other CAM softwareFormal engineering or machining qualificationsInterested? xjdpvnf Please click 'apply' to find out more.
