This is a great opportunity for someone early in their technical career who wants exposure to audits, customer standards, investigations, data, and food safety systems without being thrown in at the deep end.Youll be supported, trained, and developed but youll also be expected to get stuck in.What youll be doing:Youll support the Technical and Compliance team across a wide range of activities, including:Assisting with investigations, KPI reporting, trend analysis and root cause workSupporting internal and external audits (customer, retailer, certification)Managing technical administration documentation, reports, presentations and recordsMaintaining schedules for environmental monitoring, testing, calibration and verificationsLogging and trending complaints, supporting corrective actionsPreparing customer KPI data and technical packsSupporting traceability exercises and document controlGetting involved in food safety culture, training and continuous improvement projectsWhat theyre looking for:Experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing environmentA degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)Strong organisation skills youre good with detail and deadlinesConfident working with data, reports and systemsComfortable working cross-functionally with operations, quality and technical teamsSomeone curious, switched on, and not afraid to ask questionsYou dont need to know everything already.
