Parts Co-Ordinator Competitive Salary Coleford Permanent Position Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and organised Parts Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement within the parts and back-office processes. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone and email Prepare and issue quotations using SAP and internal systems Process customer orders and verify purchase orders Research equipment and pump records to identify correct parts Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure best delivery outcomes Follow up quotations and support order completion through to payment and warranty Maintain accurate records and assist with pricing, documentation and procedures Support process improvement initiatives across the parts business Skills & Experience GCSE level education (or equivalent) Computer literate (Word, Excel); SAP experience desirable Engineering knowledge advantageous Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritise workload Personal Qualities Confident communicator with good telephone skills Persistent, customer-focused and enthusiastic Able to work under pressure in a busy office environment For more information, contact Rory McStay TPBN1_UKTJ
