Contract Catering | Predominantly MondayFriday | Occasional Weekends for Openings Are you a food-obsessed, idea-fuelled chef who lives for innovation? We're partnering with a bespoke contract catering business known for pushing boundaries, delivering standout food, and refusing to follow the norm. They're now looking for a Development Chef to work hand-in-hand with the Chef Director, driving creativity, shaping menus, and elevating food standards across a growing portfolio. This is not a traditional kitchen role. As Development Chef , you'll be operating at the sharp end of innovationworking across staff dining, retail offers, high-end hospitality, and events within the contract catering space. What You'll Be Doing Collaborating with the Chef Director to evolve food concepts across multiple contract catering sites Leading menu development, tastings, innovation sessions, and food launches Supporting new openings and bringing exciting ideas from concept to plate Inspiring, mentoring, and energising kitchen teams Keeping ahead of food trends and translating them into commercially smart menus Who We're Looking For A positive, high-energy foodie with serious creative flair Currently operating in a senior culinary role within contract catering or a multi-outlet environment A natural collaborator who loves sharing ideas and challenging the status quo Passionate about delivering food that gets a genuine WOW reaction Organised, detail-driven, and obsessed with quality Happy with a MondayFriday pattern, with occasional weekends for exciting new openings If you're a senior chef ready to step into a true Development Chef role and make your mark in progressive contract catering, this is the opportunity to do it.
