Finally, we pride ourselves on finding nice, kindhearted people to join our mission to revolutionise the industry.ABOUT THE ROLEWe’re looking for an Area Manager to oversee multiple salon locations, driving commercial success, people development and high operational standards.This role will be hands-on and fast-paced, working closely with the Salon and Operations teams with a primary focus supporting and developing the Salon Managers to deliver a flawless customer experience, maintain operational excellence, and achieve commercial targets.This is a field-based role, ideal for an empowering leader who is results-oriented leader, people focused and strives for operational excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPeopleLead and support Salon Managers with hands-on leadership.Ensure effective communication and full management team in place.Manage rotas, training, performance reviews, and Talent Mapping.CustomerAddress customer feedback promptly with Salons Managers and Customer Care.Coach Salon Managers to enhance customer journey and drive upsells.Continuously improve salon operations and resolve bottlenecks.OperationsAudit compliance, cleanliness, safety, and stock levels.Ensure maintenance issues are monitored and resolved.Drive performance, marketing plans, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.CommercialEngage & lead Product/retail sales initiatives with Salon teams to achieve company goalMaintain low employee turnover and high satisfaction (>80%).Achieve customer ratings (Zenoti & Google 4.7*).Hit utilisation (72.5%), sales growth, and compliance targets.ABOUT YOUProven experience in dual site management, with a background in hospitality, retail or beauty.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a comprehensive understanding for HR process and procedures.Demonstrate an ability to drive high levels of customer satisfaction.Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a retail/hospitality environment.Proficient in retail/hospitality operations and compliance management.Have strong commercial awareness, knowledge and understanding of the wider beauty industry.Previous experience in luxury nail care is a plus, but not essential.LOCATIONThis role will be South England based, with national flexibility required subject to business needs.
