This is a senior role for someone who excels at building influential agency partnerships, shaping strategy and driving sustainable commercial growth across a defined agency group.The RoleThe Account Director will:Own and develop senior agency relationships across a designated patchDrive consistent year-on-year growth in brand activity and spendProactively identify, shape and convert new commercial opportunitiesAct as an ambassador for the company’s products, technology, research and partnershipsCollaborate closely with internal teams to create innovative, commercially strong DOOH solutionsLead bespoke agency engagement initiatives, including breakfasts, lunch & learn sessions and large-scale agency eventsRepresent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunitiesMaintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through SalesforceShare insight, knowledge and best practice across the wider Agency Sales teamThe PersonThe ideal candidate will be:Highly commercial with a proven track record in agency salesExperienced in influencing media planning and investment decisions within OOHA confident and engaging presenter, comfortable working with senior agency stakeholdersWell-versed in the wider media ecosystemProactive, curious and self-motivated, with strong commercial instinctsCollaborative in approach, contributing to a high-performing and inclusive team cultureA strong agency network is beneficial but not essential.
