The OpportunityWe're hiring for a Senior Sales Professional to join a fast-growing hospitality technology provider to support expansion across the UK. This role is focused on winning and developing larger hospitality clients, driving high-value opportunities, and shaping long-term commercial partnerships within the sector.This position suits an experienced consultative sales professional with a strong operational understanding of hotel environments and the ability to translate technical capability into clear commercial value. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior hospitality stakeholders, helping them modernise their operational ecosystems through tailored technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition with hospitality groups across London and key UK regionsEngage senior decision-makers and stakeholders with insight-led, consultative sales approachesIdentify operational pain-points and propose tailored technology solutions aligned with business objectivesManage complex sales cycles from initial discovery through to close, including pipeline planning and forecastingNavigate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation and long-term client successPresent structured proposals highlighting commercial value, technical feasibility and implementation strategyMaintain a strong understanding of sector trends, digital transformation challenges and emerging hospitality technologiesAct as a credible evangelist for operational efficiency through tech-enabled solutionsAbout YouMust have experience in strategic B2B sales within HospitalityTech, TravelTech or interconnecting SaaS fieldStrong understanding of hospitality operations such as front office, reservations, F&B, accounting and workflow optimisationExperience selling solutions that integrate into complex operational ecosystemsComfortable discussing technical concepts such as system integrations, APIs and implementation roadmapsProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage long decision-making cyclesExcellent presentation, communication and negotiation skillsCommercially astute with a strategic mindset and consultative selling styleAble to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environmentsEligible to work in the UK and able to travel regularlyWhat’s on OfferBase salary up to £100KUncapped commission structure - OTE £50KRemote working with regular travelPension, private healthcare and employee wellbeing supportOngoing training, professional development and growth opportunitiesCollaborative, inclusive working culture focused on performance and progressionIf this opportunity sounds like a good fit for your next career move, please apply and one of the team will be in touch to discuss the role further.
