Mechanical Construction Manager High End M&E Project We are a leading M&E subcontractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality mechanical installations on prestigious developments. Following the award of a very high end, flagship project in West London we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to take ownership of the mechanical delivery on site. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior mechanical professional who thrives in a quality-led environment and has experience managing demanding, detail-driven projects. The Role As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the full on-site delivery of the mechanical scope, from coordination through to commissioning and handover, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and programme control. Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating all mechanical construction activities on site Leading mechanical subcontractors, supervisors, and direct labour Ensuring installations meet design intent, specifications, and premium quality standards Driving programme delivery and resolving construction and coordination challenges Working closely with the Project Manager, electrical counterparts, design teams, and main contractor Managing health 'safety compliance across all mechanical works Overseeing testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover Supporting design coordination, technical reviews, and buildability input Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on high end or technically complex M&E projects Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, etc.) Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills Strong programme and quality management capability SMSTS (or equivalent) Relevant mechanical qualifications or trade background A proactive, detail-oriented approach suited to premium project delivery What We Offer Opportunity to work on a prestigious, high end development A key leadership role within a respected M&E subcontractor Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term opportunities on future flagship projects A professional environment where quality, planning, and teamwork are valued If you are a Mechanical Construction Manager looking to be involved in a standout project and take pride in delivering exceptional mechanical installations, we would be delighted to hear from you.
