Tennial Personnel are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a well-established logistics operation based in Felixstowe. This is a key leadership role within a busy, safety-focused warehouse environment, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating a team and ensuring productivity, accuracy and compliance standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives on a day-to-day basis. Allocate work, manage workloads and ensure operational targets and deadlines are achieved. Operate Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) including Counterbalance as required Monitor performance, attendance and productivity while addressing issues proactively Maintain full compliance with health 'safety procedures and company policies. Support onboarding, training and development of warehouse staff Skills Required Strong leadership and management skills Clear and confident communication Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail Qualifications Required Valid Counterbalance Forklift License Proven experience within supervisor position First Aid and/or Fire Marschal training (advantageous but not beneficial) Keywords Team Leader Warehouse Manager TPBN1_UKTJ
