An established reputable accounting firm in Winchester, Hampshire (commutable from parts of Wiltshire, Surrey, & Berkshire) is looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven practice experience to join as a Portfolio Manager. This office-based role offers 1 day working from home and the chance to step beyond standard reporting duties into a genuinely varied mix of client-facing work, portfolio oversight, and team development. Youll manage a portfolio of clients, predominantly on monthly retainers acting as part of their extended finance team to provide both high-level and low-level support across management and accounting services. Youll be confident leading meetings with senior stakeholders from day one, while also playing a proactive role in supporting and developing junior staff, aided by a team of portfolio assistants. Were looking for someone friendly, happy to help, and ambitious, with the ability to hit the ground running. This Portfolio Manager role is paying 40,00050,000 depending on experience, plus a profit-share bonus, pension, 25 da ys holiday, and a clear pathway to grow into a Senior Management role.
