The role offers the perfect balance around 50% account management and 50% new business , giving you both stability and the thrill of generating fresh revenue. Key Responsibilities as a Sales Executive Respond promptly to telephone and web enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage a portfolio of around 250 active customers, maintaining regular contact to strengthen relationships and grow revenue. Generate and issue quotes via the CRM, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up to date. Prepare reports and updates for monthly sales meetings. Identify and develop new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Upsell and cross-sell the full product range to maximise account potential. Prospect and cold call to generate new leads and onboard new customers. Participate in regular product training sessions with suppliers and the in-house team.
