Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician / Shift Technician Location: Market Drayton - Butter Plant Contract Type: Permanent, 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 6-6) Salary: 56,160.00per annum We are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to join our high-performing team at the Market Drayton Butter Plant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Technician or Shift Technicianto step into a role where they can make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment. What we arelooking for in a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician: Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship Proven experience as aMulti-Skilled Engineer,Engineering Technician, orShift Technicianin a fast-moving manufacturing or logistics setting Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills (HNC level or equivalent) Familiarity with automation and CI tools is a plus Solid background in maintenance and reliability engineering Key responsibilities of the Engineering Technician role: Deliver high-quality scheduled and reactive maintenance across the site Rapidly diagnose faults and restore equipment to service Identify root causes and implement cost-effective solutions Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and FMEA activities Work with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings Apply basic automation skills for fault finding and resolution Why join Mller as an Engineering Technician?
