Sales Engineer - Industrial Flooring (Resin) Location: East Midlands (Field-based) Salary: 38,000 - 50,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Bonus + Company Car We are working on behalf of a well established specialist contractor and manufacturer of industrial flooring and surfacing systems. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Engineer to drive new business and manage existing client relationships across the East Midlands. This role suits a technically minded sales professional who enjoys site-based work, project involvement, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow an established client portfolio within a defined territory Identify and develop new business opportunities Carry out site visits to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions Prepare and follow up technical quotations and proposals Liaise with internal teams to support project delivery Assist with RAMS and installation handovers Maintain accurate sales and project records Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales or sales engineering Proven ability to win new business and manage client relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence MUST HAVE: Experience supplying or installing flooring systems, resin coatings, cladding, decking, or prefabricated construction materials Desirable: Background in construction or civil engineering Experience working with contractors, facilities managers, or industrial clients Benefits: 38,000 - 50,000 basic salary Quarterly and annual bonus schemes Company car and expenses Pension and benefits package Laptop, phone, and equipment provided Location: Field-based.
