They will coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Clinical, R&D and Regulatory, run the stage-gate process and design reviews, and drive quality to Company standards. Day to day, they will track deliverables with appropriate tools, manage risks, oversee suppliers and any outsourced manufacturing for key projects, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to specification and customer/marketing requirements. The role includes providing clear status reports and recommendations to the Project Management team and wider stakeholders, anticipating and responding to change throughout execution. Roles and Responsibilities: Facilitate the definition of project scope. Define milestones and deliverables in accordance with design control procedures and user needs. Develop work packages and project plans to achieve each project stage and desired outcomes. Manage and coordinate project resource allocation to ensure projects align and support the overall Programme. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery and compliance with product quality and company standards. Manage risk and issues that occur during project lifecycle. Coordinate design reviews to ensure products are designed and engineered to specification. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver according to deadlines, budget and quality requirements. Track and manage project deliverables using appropriate project management tools. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects. Coordinate suppliers on outsourced manufacturing processes, goods and services for projects. Provide clear status reports and recommendations to the Project Management team and wider stakeholders, anticipating and responding to change throughout project lifecycle. Ensure project documentation is created, maintained and approved in line with quality system and design history file requirements. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools and governance. Qualifications: Qualification in Prince 2 Project Management or equivalent Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience Experience in a medical device or hardware manufacturing environment desirable Exposure to Wrike desirable Required Skills: Clear and confident communicator (written & verbal), able to convey complex ideas simply Ability to influence and work with stakeholders of all levels Negotiation & facilitation skills to resolve priorities and dependencies Critical thinking & structured problem-solving and able to drive decisions with data Strong knowledge of project and planning tools/software as well as collaboration suites such as M365 High attention to detail with sound commercial awareness Decisive with good judgement, knowing when to escalate Desirable skills but not essential: Experience working within a production industry A good understanding of ISO 13485 processes In addition, employees may be required to undertake other duties as may reasonably be required of them.
