Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical) Loughborough 3 Shift 48,500 We are working with a leading landscaping and materials business in Mountsorrel who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Shift Engineer (Electrical) to join their 3-shift operation. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for an experienced electrical engineer looking for a varied and challenging role. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical equipment and machinery Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults to minimise production downtime Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase reliability and efficiency Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times Maintain accurate maintenance records and support shift handovers Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery Ability to work across all 3 shifts, flexible and reliable Experience of fault finding and preventative maintenance programmes Health & Safety aware with a proactive approach to safe working practices This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected company, offering a competitive salary and the chance to develop your engineering career within a hands-on, supportive team.
