Job Title: Children's Home Manager Location: Derby Salary: 50,269 - 53,460 per year Hours: 37 per week Contract: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a residential home for young people with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of up to five children and young people aged 5-18 who cannot live with their families. As a Children's Home Manager , you will provide strong leadership, inspire your team, and ensure the highest standards of care. You will have a thorough understanding of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards 2015, and Ofsted requirements, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional outcomes.
