Plastic Injection Mold Setter Corby Location: Corby | Job Type: Permanent | Shift: Rotational | Salary: Competitive ECHO Personnel are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Mold Setter to join a fast-paced, high-volume team in Corby on a PERMANENT basis. This is your chance to work with 20+ injection molding machines (150450 tons) in a dynamic environment and make a real impact from day one! Hands-on role with state-of-the-art machinery , troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Collaborative team where your ideas and expertise are valued. What youll be doing: Set up, start-up, and optimize injection molding machines. Monitor production, check quality with calipers and optical tools, and reduce material scrap. Troubleshoot processing issues, maintain equipment, and document process changes. Provide feedback on mold design and assist Tool & Die Makers in optimizing molds. Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe, efficient workspace. What were looking for: 35 years of experience in plastic injection mold setting and processing . Knowledge of molding machines, overhead cranes, injection tools, and parts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly. Self-organized, motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
