As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role, supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring clinical excellence, and promoting a compassionate, person-centred culture.The Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for a passionate and experienced nurse leader who can inspire and support a dedicated care team.
