Position: Senior Residential Support Worker Location: Derby Salary: >40734 OTE - inclusive of sleep ins Role: Permanent Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker in the Derby area on a permanent basis. The position for the Senior Support Worker will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centered care to all residents. This role is to work with 10-17 year olds with EBD. This role does not offer sponsorship and you must hold a valid UK driving license. The Senior Support Worker will be responsible for: Helping Children and young people with leisure interests and skill development inside and outside the home. Implementing personal care plans set out for Children and young people. Assisting with day care activities. Communicating with other staff about Children and young people needs/activities. Recording Children and young peoples needs/activities/behaviours in the homes diary system. Facilitating regular Service User meetings.
