Multi Skilled Electrician We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join the Property Maintenance and Construction Department of a leading housing association in the Northeast, working within our Spennymoor maintenance teams.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.This is a key role delivering high-quality electrical and multiskilled repairs across both domestic and commercial properties, with a strong focus on customer service and community impact.Location: Spennymoor & Surrounding Region Contract: Full Time Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: 38,225 per annum On-call earnings: Up to 43,000 per annum including standby The Opportunity About the Role As a Multi Skilled Electrician, you will: Undertake all damp-associated electrical repairs and accompanying multiskilled repairs Work across domestic and commercial properties Deliver work to a high-quality standard, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Provide an excellent customer experience at every stage Engage positively with tenants, colleagues and stakeholders Act as an ambassador for the organisation, promoting positive work across our communities Adapt to new ways of working and contribute xjdpvnf to continuous improvement in services About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have experience working in domestic and commercial property maintenance Be comfortable working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills Take pride in delivering a first-class repairs service
