Sales Manager FMCG Our client is looking for a driven and personable Sales Manager to help grow their business and strengthen relationships with customers. The successful candidate will: Always represent the company to the highest standard, ensuring professionalism and integrity in every interaction. Identify, evaluate, and secure new international business opportunities across target regions. Develop and execute market-entry strategies for new territories. Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue goals, and profit margins. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers. Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms. Manage stock levels to ensure orders are fulfilled Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Effectively communicate customer feedback and relay it back to the team. Understand client needs and ensuring excellent service. Work well both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and adaptability. The successful candidate will need: Have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
