As part of our retail team you will be responsible for assisting visitors in our distillery shop,advising and guidingcustomers with their purchases, and ensuring that aconsistently high quality retail experienceis offered to those visiting Glengoyne.Were looking for candidates withstrong customer service skills, who canuse their own initiative, haveapositive work attitudeand aproactive approach. Our experience offering is varied and our visitors come from all over the world to learn about Glengoyne whisky, so the ability toadapt and build rapportwith different types of customer is essential. Typical daily tasks include sharing your product knowledge to advise customers, processing transactions, receiving orders and replenishing stock, and maintaining the presentation standards of the retail space.The retail shop is open from 10:00 to 19:00, seven days a week; however, these hours may change based on business needs and customer demand. This position requires regular weekend work, so we are seeking individuals who can offerflexibilityin their availability.What We Will Provide YouThis is a temporary job opportunity with anhourly rate of 13.45.In addition, we offer acomprehensive benefits packagethat includes a generous holiday allowance, pension contributions and product discount to name but a few.We are looking for candidates who can beflexible in their approachas this role will offer a variety of hours on a fixed term contractbetween March and November2026.Ourroles are offered on anannualised hours contract,meaning you will receive aguaranteed monthly income.We anticipate interviews will take place on5th February 2026.
