You will play a key role in ensuring customers are confident in using our solutions while contributing to an excellent customer experience. The position requires travel across the region, occasional overnight stays, and some unsocial hours. Initial training and team meetings may take place at our head office in West Sussex. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.Responsibilities:Provide training to customers on diagnostic products and ensure compliance with company standards.Respond to customer inquiries related to training, troubleshooting, and technical support.Assist with product installations and software/hardware launches.Maintain accurate records of training activities.Key Skills and Requirements: Strong understanding of medical or scientific concepts.Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Based in the Stoke-Derby area with easy access to local healthcare sites.Valid driving license and passport for potential travel.Fluent in written and spoken English.
